BRIEF 
 
LEGGWORK are seeking a Site Engineer to oversee the orchestration and completion of a new project in Bridgend. You will work closely with project managers and contractors to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standard of quality and safety. The duration of this project is estimated to last 2 months, however this may change.
 
 
WHAT WILL BE EXPECTED OF ME?

• Coordinate with project managers to create and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support to resolve site-related issues
• Effectively Communicate between the construction team to inform stakeholders of the project progress, changes and concerns.
• Assure health and safety procedures are carried out, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance on all projects 

 
WHAT WILL I NEED?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.
• Previous experience as site engineer in construction project.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and their implementation on construction sites. 
• Valid CSCS card.  
• Strong understanding of construction principles and practices.
