BRIEF
LEGGWORK is seeking a Handyperson to join a luxury residential project in Great Somerford. The work is with a high profile client, and the main focus of this role will be assisting the various trades on site with hand tools, alongside general Labouring duties. Previous experience working closely with carpentry teams or similar projects will be valuable. A CSCS card is not required and the job is due to last 2-3 months. 

WHAT WILL BE EXPECTED OF ME?

• To assist in all carpentry finishings and assist other trades on site. 
• Repairing snagging 
• Assisting with the delivery of materials 
• Assisting with trades
• Keeping site clear and tidy 
• Reliable, hard-working and good attitude

WHAT WILL I NEED?

• PPE
• 2 Recent Work references
• Up-to-date work history 
• Previous experience as a handy person working with various subcontractor teams
• Basic hand tools 
• Reliable plan to commute to work
