Highways Quantity Surveyor

You will work on a multi-million-pound project in collaboration with an established Tier 1 contractor. This is a one-year NEC contract involving activities such as site clearance, excavation, and utility diversion works. You will have a visible presence on-site 4 days per week, actively monitoring the project’s cost performance and ensuring successful contract administration.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the cost performance of the multi-million pound contract.
• Oversee contract administration, ensuring compliance with NEC contract terms.
• Work closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor for regular support and guidance.
• Collaborate with a skilled team to deliver projects across multiple frameworks.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Experience with Tier 2 contractors or subcontracting in civil engineering.
• Experience in Civils or Highways sectors.
• Hands-on, on-site Quantity Surveying experience.
• Familiarity with NEC contracts is beneficial.
