Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire
Salary: Competitive, DOE
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (half hour lunch)

We are looking for a proactive Webshop & Product Support Executive to manage and maintain our e-commerce platforms, support product pricing, and assist with day-to-day sales operations. This is an ideal role for someone organised, tech-savvy and customer-focused, keen to work in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage e-commerce content, update product information, and maintain accurate price lists.
- Process online orders, administer transactions, and organise deliveries while keeping customers informed.
- Support marketing campaigns, follow up sales enquiries via phone and email, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Liaise with IT, sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor supplier back orders and advise customers on delivery dates/times.
- Undertake product training and provide customer support during peak periods or absence of colleagues.
- Be flexible and support additional duties as required within the scope of the role.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with willingness to learn new software.
- Previous experience in e-commerce support or management, ideally in civil engineering, drainage, or builders’ merchant sectors.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Professional telephone manner, excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Confident interacting with company personnel, customers, consultants, and suppliers.
- Full UK driving licence required.
