Justin founded LEGGWORK to build a recruitment business rooted in quality, integrity and lasting relationships. With over 20 years’ industry experience and a particular focus on civil engineering and infrastructure, he leads the business with a hands-on approach, supporting his team to deliver dependable service for clients and meaningful opportunities for candidates.

Kamila Specialises in supplying temporary blue-collar operatives in the Civil’s and Infrastructure sector. Focusing on the Somerset and Wiltshire region and providing fully accredited Gangs, Working Gangers and Machine Operatives. Kamila has worked closely with and learnt from Justin since she started at LEGGWORK. Now, with 2 years of recruitment experience under her belt, her goal is to deliver high-quality, skilled operatives who will keep projects moving forward.

Level of service is a top priority for Dan, who communicates every step with both clients and candidates. He has 7 years of experience in recruiting in the Trades and Labour sector. Over the past 4 years, high-end residential refurbishment, new build and commercial work have been his key focus. Specialising in assisting clients in Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Bristol and Bath. Dan likes to work as an extension of his clients’ team, getting to know the ins and outs of their projects and what they need.

Charlie has recently joined LEGGWORK with a 3-year background in resourcing high-quality tradespeople across the South West. Specialising in helping high-end residential and commercial projects find the next addition to their team. Whether it’s a Carpenter or Labourer, a last-minute requirement or a long-term placement, what is most important to Charlie is finding an individual who will be a great fit for your project in terms of skill, experience, and personality.

Ryan is a friendly and enthusiastic member of our Civils and Infrastructure team. As our Resourcer and Administrator, he supports the Civils team to deliver skilled professionals across a range of civil engineering and infrastructure projects. Although new to the industry, Ryan brings a wealth of recruitment experience from the education sector; therefore, he has an abundance of experience in compliance and relationship building and can ensure a smooth, supportive experience from initial contact through to placement.

Luke is Principal Permanent Consultant at Leggwork, connecting top talent with leading Surveying, Civil Engineering, and Highways Infrastructure firms. He specialises in White Collar and Executive Search, delivering recruitment solutions that truly make an impact. Trusted across the UK Major Projects market, he understands that he is not part of your business; his mission is to find the people who should be.

Rob has spent more than ten years recruiting for the UK construction industry, and he understands how projects are actually delivered. He built his reputation in new-build, offsite and modern methods of construction. That work gave him a deep knowledge of the specialist supply-and-install contractors that sit behind major projects, from facades and light gauge steel to timber frame, modular and pre-cast.

Alongside individual senior hires, Rob specialises in team builds: larger recruitment projects where a business needs a whole team in place, often against a deadline. His senior placements include a Chief Commercial Officer for a specialist developer, a Head of Projects for a national facades contractor, and a Group Head of HSE for a major manufacturer.

Outside work, Rob’s time is mostly spent with his family. When he can get away, he’s usually on a mountain bike, heading for the trails and off-road routes around the South West.

Friendly and professional, Trudy leads LEGGWORK’s marketing and social impact, shaping how the company presents itself online and in the wider community. She oversees everything from social media and website content to digital campaigns, ensuring that LEGGWORK’s values are clear in every message and initiative. Passionate about ethical recruitment and community engagement, she works to connect the business with meaningful projects and local causes.

George has been at LEGGWORK for a number of years. Starting out as a one-man operations band, as the team has grown, George has moved into a role that directly corresponds with his finance background. George covers everything from internal figures to invoicing and Client payments. George also oversees the payroll process, ensuring each operative is paid on time and correctly.

Many know Ben from his time as a resourcer and consultant. However, in the past few years, Ben has moved over to the Operations side. In the past year, he has been developing and managing our extra client services, such as van supply for Gangs, organising ARC PPE, while keeping the team up to date with new policies and legislation. Ben is also our compliance officer, keeping all operatives compliant before they step foot on site.

Charlotte focuses on aligning people, processes, and performance to ensure outstanding client service. She brings an extensive recruitment background across a broad range of sectors and industries. At LEGGWORK, her role centres on people development, operational excellence, client success, and building a strong, engaged culture.  Her dog Monty has also joined the LEGGWORK team, boosting office morale and bringing wagging tails to the day.

Charlie leads Finance & Operations at LEGGWORK, keeping the business sharp, scalable, and financially sound. With 15+ years working with scale-ups and SMEs, Charlie specialises in building the systems and processes that turn growing businesses into sustainable ones. Charlie believes the numbers should always connect to the bigger picture and beyond the spreadsheets, you’ll find Charlie actively involved in the charity and community projects that LEGGWORK are apart of in the local community.

With a proven track record in blue-collar construction recruitment, Joe specialises in supplying trades and labour across Devon and Cornwall. Driven and approachable, he prides himself on building strong client relationships, delivering reliable recruitment solutions, and going the extra mile to keep projects moving.

Lucy is building her career in construction recruitment, covering civil engineering roles across the South West and Wales. She is primarily focused on blue-collar vacancies, working closely with candidates and clients to find the right fit for each site.
