SALARY: £60,000 – £65,000 + Vehicle

INDUSTRY: Pre-Cast Concrete

You will be joining an independently owned Pre-Cast Concrete specialist with an excellent reputation for delivering pre-cast elements such as hollow core, beam and block, stairs and wall panels.
 
Working with tier one contractor clients base, your projects will always be for new build construction from the ground up and this role would be a strong fit for ‘lift aware candidates from systemised building backgrounds including pre-cast, panelised systems, modular building or framing systems
 
At interview stage, you will meet a long serving management team whose prudent operation of the business has kept them in a stable position delivering on a long term pipeline of works. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Plan and oversee all site installation works, making sure each package is properly resourced and sequenced.
• Deliver projects safely, efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Produce weekly installation progress reports for the Directors and the client.
• Manage sub-contractors on site every day, making sure they perform, meet quality standards and follow health and safety rules.
• Resolve site and installation issues quickly to keep programmes on track.
• Act as the main technical contact between clients and installation teams.
• Resolve commercial and on-site disputes with clients and the supply chain.
• Support site surveys and prepare lift plans.
• Report directly to the Board of Directors.

REQUIREMENTS 

• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail.
• Works well under pressure and delivers to tight deadlines.
• Hands-on experience of lifting operations on site.
• Confident with IT, including Word, Excel, email and CAD, for producing RAMS and lift plans.
• Clear, professional communicator in person and in writing.
• Pre-cast installation knowledge and experience.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.

DESIRABLE

• Current CPCS (A61) or NPORS (N401) Appointed Person card.
