SITE AGENT 
 
START DATE: Mid June/July
LOCATION: South Wales/Bristol 
RATE OF PAY: £380-£400 per day (Depending on experience)

THE ROLE:
 
LEGGWORK are recruiting a Site Agent for civil engineering projects across South Wales and Bristol. The successful candidate will need relevant experience overseeing 3-4 live civil sites, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to budget.
 
Working Hours:

• 07:30 – 17:00

 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll be expected to:.

• Support the Project Manager in managing day-to-day site operations  
• Maintain accurate site records and ensure all documentation is in place
• Monitor costs, report progress, and support commercial activities
• Liaise with stakeholders and act as the main point of contact
• Plan works including programmes, phasing, and method statements
• Manage and coordinate Sub Agents, subcontractors, and site resources
• Deliver work on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
• Ensure SHEQ standards and overall site safety are maintained

 
 
 
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• SMSTS (essential) 
• CSCS (essential)
• Tier 1 in Civils 
• Site Engineering background (essential)
• Experience as a Site Agent (beneficial) 
• Must have a civil engineering qualification 
• Must have a full valid driving licence 
• Up to date CV
• Right to work in the UK.
• References. 
• 2 recent work references.
• A positive ‘can do’ attitude.
• Opportunities to work from home.
