THE ROLE
LEGGWORK are recruiting a CSCS Welfare Cleaner for a commercial construction site based in Central Bristol. The role involves maintaining welfare facilities and ensuring site cleanliness standards are kept to a high level throughout the duration of the project.
This is a part-time role with morning or afternoon shifts available to suit availability.
Working Hours: Part-time only – morning or afternoon shifts available
Overtime: Opportunities for overtime may become available as the project progresses, including Saturdays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll be expected to:
- Clean and maintain site welfare facilities including canteens, toilets, drying rooms, and offices
- Ensure all welfare areas are kept hygienic and presentable
- Replenish consumables such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels
- Dispose of waste safely and efficiently
- Follow all site health & safety procedures
- Report any maintenance or hygiene issues to site management
- Maintain high cleaning standards throughout the site
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Valid CSCS Card
- Previous cleaning experience on construction or commercial sites preferred
- Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable and punctual attitude
- Full PPE
