LOCATION: Wootton Under Edge GL12
RATE OF PAY: £20 – £22 per hour (Depending on experience)
JOB TYPE: Temporary
DURATION: 3 Months

THE ROLE
LEGGWORK are recruiting a Telehandler Operator/ Gateperson for a renewables project in Wootton under Edge. The job involves operating a Telescopic Handler Forklift, loading and unloading materials from delivery vehicles and other telehandler operator duties. An NPORS Telehandler Operator Ticket is essential for this job. A Traffic marshal ticket will also be needed for this role.
Working Hours:
- 7:30 – 17:00
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll be expected to:
- Safe and efficient operation of a Telescopic Handler Forklift
- Unloading and distributing materials across site
- Supporting the site team with day-to-day operations
- Maintaining a professional and reliable presence on site
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Valid NPORS Telehandler Operator Ticket
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating a Telehandler
- Traffic Marshall ticket
- Full PPE
- Two recent work references
- Up-to-date work history
- A reliable method of transport to site
