Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role:
Leggwork is working with a top-tier name in Land and Utility surveys. They’re known for their work on some pretty major infrastructure projects across the UK.
As they continue to grow and win new projects, they’re on the lookout for an experienced Senior Utility Surveyor to join the team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Carrying out Utility / PAS128 surveys to a high standard, making sure everything meets client requirements and safety guidelines.
• Leading and mentoring junior surveyors, helping them grow and sharing your expertise.
• Using specialist equipment like the Trimble Total Station, Cat & Genny, and more to collect accurate data.
• Putting together clear reports based on your findings.
• Taking ownership of your projects and ensuring all deliverables are accurate and reliable.

What they’re looking for:

• Proven experience with Utility / PAS128 surveys.
• Confident with surveying kit like the Trimble GPRs, Cat & Genny’s, etc.
• A good understanding of safety procedures in civil engineering environments.
• A full UK driving licence (you’ll get a company van to use).
• Time Served and/or QCF/ProQual in Surveying.
• Previous experience in Utility Surveying
