THE ROLE
LEGGWORK are recruiting a General Labourer to assist with rip-out and demolition works on a construction project in Stratford-upon-Avon.
Starting Monday 26th October, this is a great opportunity for a reliable and hardworking labourer looking for consistent, long-term work. You’ll be assisting with internal strip-out, removing materials and waste, and supporting the site team throughout the demolition process.

Working Hours: 8-9 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

Overtime: Opportunities for overtime as the project progresses, including Saturdays.

YOU’LL BE EXPECTED TO:

• Assist with internal rip-out and demolition works
• Remove waste, rubble and stripped-out materials from site
• Load, unload and move materials safely
• Assist tradespeople and demolition operatives as required
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and free from hazards
• Follow site health and safety procedures at all times
• Use tools and equipment safely under instruction
• Work alongside other operatives and site management

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous construction labouring experience
• Experience assisting with rip-out or demolition works is preferred
• CSCS card, in line with site requirements
• Own PPE and appropriate workwear
• Good awareness of health and safety
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Reliable, punctual and ready to start Monday 26th October
• Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
