Roberto joined LEGGWORK nearly two years ago and has been a key part of many Beard Construction sites ever since. His dedication, hard work, and commitment to health and safety practices have consistently earned praise from site teams.
This recognition comes at the client’s recommendation, which makes it all the more rewarding to see Roberto celebrated for his fantastic contribution.

LEGGWORK’S Operative of the year 2024, Craig!

Craig started his first placement at LEGGWORK in the summer of 2021. Since then, he has worked with 7 of our clients on multiple projects. Known for being extremely reliable and having the ability to do just about anything.
Not only is Craig an amazing representative of LEGGWORK, but he is also a genuine and kind man.

We are pleased to announce that Chris, one of our exceptional Site Engineers, has been awarded Operative of the Month!

Our client has praised Chris for his outstanding growth in his role, consistently demonstrating a strong work ethic and professionalism. He has maintained an impeccable attendance record, missing only one week in the past six months — the week he was nominated for this well-deserved recognition.

Our Benefits

PPE

When required, we can ensure you have everything you need, including PPE, before you start on site.

In-Person

We love to come meet you on site, so we can put a face to the name and see firsthand the projects we are supplying to. This way, you know exactly who we are, rather than a voice at the end of the phone.

Check-Ins

We will check in with you weekly to ensure everything is going smoothly on site, you are happy with timesheets, and know about any upcoming holidays or site moves. This also allows us to get to know you more, but also allows you to voice any questions or concerns.

Direct Contact

You will have direct contact with our Operations and Payroll team to help you with pay and timesheet queries, alongside your consultant, to whom you can ask questions regarding your placement.

Empowering

We can offer ways to help you advance your skills and qualifications. If you suddenly need an accreditation to stay in your placement, we will do everything we can to help organise training.

Progression

Once your placement is nearing completion, your consultant will get to work, finding you a new project to get stuck into.
