Justin is our Civil Engineering and Infrastructure Team Lead at Leggwork, bringing over 20 years of experience in construction recruitment.

Over two decades in the industry, Justin has built relationships with many of the best operatives across the South West, along with strong working partnerships with most of the region’s leading contractors. His approach is professional, personable and genuinely invested in getting the right outcome for both client and candidate. It’s this depth of local knowledge that sets Justin apart. He knows the talent pool inside out, which operatives will deliver and which projects they’re best suited to, allowing him to match the right candidate to the right role quickly and with confidence.

Kamila Specialises in supplying temporary blue-collar operatives in the Civil’s and Infrastructure sector. Focusing on the Somerset and Wiltshire region and providing fully accredited Gangs, Working Gangers and Machine Operatives. Kamila has worked closely with and learnt from Justin since she started at LEGGWORK. Now, with 2 years of recruitment experience under her belt, her goal is to deliver high-quality, skilled operatives who will keep projects moving forward.

Level of service is a top priority for Dan, who communicates every step with both clients and candidates. He has 7 years of experience in recruiting in the Trades and Labour sector. Over the past 4 years, high-end residential refurbishment, new build and commercial work have been his key focus. Specialising in assisting clients in Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Bristol and Bath. Dan likes to work as an extension of his clients’ team, getting to know the ins and outs of their projects and what they need.

Charlie has recently joined LEGGWORK with a 3-year background in resourcing high-quality tradespeople across the South West. Specialising in helping high-end residential and commercial projects find the next addition to their team. Friendly and professional, Trudy leads LEGGWORK’s marketing and social impact, shaping how the company presents itself online and in the wider community. She oversees everything from social media and website content to digital campaigns, ensuring that LEGGWORK’s values are clear in every message and initiative. Passionate about ethical recruitment and community engagement, she works to connect the business with meaningful projects and local causes.

George has been at LEGGWORK for a number of years. Starting out as a one-man operations band, as the team has grown, George has moved into a role that directly corresponds with his finance background. George covers everything from internal figures to invoicing and Client payments. George also oversees the payroll process, ensuring each operative is paid on time and correctly.

Many know Ben from his time as a resourcer and consultant. However, in the past few years, Ben has moved over to the Operations side. In the past year, he has been developing and managing our extra client services, such as van supply for Gangs, organising ARC PPE, while keeping the team up to date with new policies and legislation. Ben is also our compliance officer, keeping all operatives compliant before they step foot on site.

Charlotte focuses on aligning people, processes, and performance to ensure outstanding client service. She brings an extensive recruitment background across a broad range of sectors and industries. At LEGGWORK, her role centres on people development, operational excellence, client success, and building a strong, engaged culture.  Her dog Monty has also joined the LEGGWORK team, boosting office morale and bringing wagging tails to the day.

Charlie leads Finance & Operations at LEGGWORK, keeping the business sharp, scalable, and financially sound. With 15+ years working with scale-ups and SMEs, Charlie specialises in building the systems and processes that turn growing businesses into sustainable ones. Charlie believes the numbers should always connect to the bigger picture and beyond the spreadsheets, you’ll find Charlie actively involved in the charity and community projects that LEGGWORK are apart of in the local community.
