THE ROLE
LEGGWORK are recruiting Handyperson for a heritage project in Broadway. The role involves carrying out first fix carpentry works as part of a restoration project.
Working Hours: 8-hour days
Overtime: Opportunities for overtime will become available as the project progresses, including Saturdays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll be expected to:
Carry out first fix carpentry work
Install structural timber elements including stud walls, joists, and flooring
Work accurately from drawings and specifications
Ensure all work meets health and safety standards
Collaborate effectively with other trades on site
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
Valid CSCS card
Proven experience in first fix carpentry
Own tools and PPE
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
PAYMENT
