THE ROLE
LEGGWORK are recruiting an experienced Carpenter for a high-end residential project in Burford, Oxfordshire (OX18). The role will involve working on premium residential properties, ideally with heritage experience, delivering high-quality carpentry finishes to an exceptional standard.
Working Hours:
8-9 hours per day
Overtime:
Opportunities for overtime may become available as the project progresses, including Saturdays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll be expected to:
– Carry out 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
– Work on high-end residential finishes
– Maintain excellent attention to detail
– Follow site health & safety procedures
– Work independently and as part of a skilled team
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
– Proven experience as a Carpenter
– Experience working on high-end residential sites (heritage experience highly desirable)
– CSCS card (ideally required)
– Own tools and PPE
– Strong work ethic and reliability
