THE ROLE:
LEGGWORK are recruiting a Project Manager for a major Civil engineering project in Exeter. To be considered for this role, a suitable Project Manager needs to have a proven Tier 1 background in Groundworks on substantial civil & engineering projects. There is an opportunity to go from temporary employment to permanent.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing groundworks package on commercial project
- Programme management, materials, resource allocation and oversight of up to three gangs along with Supervisor
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and clients.
- Record keeping, quality management, and maintaining robust evidence and control of completed works.
- Plan and schedule work to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
- Order the necessary materials and equipment to support project delivery.
- Maintain compliance with project and company requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- SMSTS and CSCS
- Tier 1 experience managing groundworks packages
- Highly organised, admin-focused, and strong on documentation.
- Strong experience of control over a full project
- 2 recent work references.
