Overview:
Leggwork are proud to be partnering with a long-established specialist contractor with over 60 years of expertise across Water Infrastructure, Civil Engineering and Sports Turf Solutions.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Irrigation Installer to support the installation, maintenance and commissioning of irrigation systems across some of the UK’s most prestigious golf courses, sports grounds and landscaped environments.
This is an excellent opportunity for a practical, hands-on installer seeking nationwide project exposure, long-term stability and the chance to work on high-profile schemes throughout the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install irrigation systems into or from pump stations across sport and agricultural projects
- Operate mini excavators and small plant machinery
- Complete digital reporting and project documentation accurately
- Deliver maintenance and installation support across multiple sites
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism on-site
Ideal candidate:
- Experience working on irrigation systems and pump stations
- Confident operating mini excavators and small plant equipment
- Computer literate with experience using digital reporting systems
- Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required (essential)
- Trailer Licence advantageous (training available if not held)
- Professional and safety-conscious approach
- Full UK Driving Licence & Vehicle (essential)
What’s On Offer:
- Competitive salary of £38,000 – £42,000 (DOE)

- Additional overnight bonus payments:
- £11.50 per night (up to 5 consecutive nights away)
- £17.00 per night (6+ consecutive nights away)
