Overview:
Leggwork are working with a long-established and highly respected contractor delivering drainage and civil engineering projects across the South West.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint experienced Groundworkers to join a respected installation team working across drainage, infrastructure and associated civils schemes.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and wants long-term stability within a professional business known for investing heavily in its workforce.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out drainage and civil engineering groundworks to a high standard
• Install underground tanks, drainage systems and pipework
• Complete concreting, kerbing, landscaping and associated civils works
• Operate small plant and tools safely and effectively
• Work collaboratively within site teams across multiple projects
• Maintain strong health & safety standards on site
• Ensure all works are completed efficiently and in line with specifications

Requirements:

• Proven groundworks experience within drainage or civil engineering
• Deep drainage will be required within the role so prior knowledge is ideal
• Experience with pipe laying, concreting, kerbing, and external works
• Familiarity operating small plant machinery
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
