THE ROLE
LEGGWORK are recruiting a Multi Trader for a construction project in Radstock, Somerset. The role involves carrying out general maintenance and roofing works, including replacing the felt on a flat roof store room. The successful candidate will need to have experience with flat roofing works and be confident carrying out repairs and replacements to a high standard.
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
Overtime: Opportunities for overtime will become available as the project progresses, including Saturdays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll be expected to:

• Replace felt on a flat roof store room
• Carry out flat roofing repairs and maintenance
• Complete general multi-trade works as required
• Prepare surfaces and ensure high-quality finishes
• Work safely and efficiently on site
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment
• Liaise with site management and follow instructions

REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Previous experience as a Multi Trader
• Proven experience with flat roofing works, particularly felt replacement
• Ability to carry out general building and maintenance tasks
• Own tools and PPE
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks to a high standard
