RATE OF PAY: £280 – £330 per day
JOB TYPE: Temporary

THE ROLE:
LEGGWORK are recruiting an Asbestos Site Manager for a Civil engineering project, in Cardiff. The successful candidate will need relevant experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing and overseeing a site where there will be asbestos removal
- Ordering materials
- IT literate (compliance and allocation sheets)
- Managing permanent employees and subcontractors on site.
- Writing up RAMS
- Diary management
- Documenting completed works through photography and providing updates to senior management
- Carrying out inductions
- Carry out daily briefings
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- SSSTS/SMSTS (Essential)
- CSCS (Essential)
- Asbestos Awareness cat A/B (Essential)
- Up to date CV
- 2 recent work references.
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude.
