RATE OF PAY: £25.00 – £27.00 per hour (Depending on experience)

THE ROLE
LEGGWORK are recruiting a Working Foreman for a construction project in Bath, Somerset. This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced tradesperson who is confident leading a site team while remaining hands-on with the works.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating trades, supporting site management and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Working Hours: 8-9 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
Overtime: Opportunities for overtime will become available as the project progresses, including Saturdays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll be expected to:

• Oversee and coordinate trades on site
• Lead the day-to-day activities of the site team
• Remain hands-on and assist with construction works where required
• Ensure works are completed to a high standard
• Coordinate deliveries and materials
• Liaise with site management, contractors and trades
• Monitor health and safety across the site
• Keep the site organised, safe and running efficiently
• Help ensure the project remains on programme

REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Previous experience as a Working Foreman or Senior Tradesperson
• Strong construction background
• Experience managing and coordinating trades
• Ability to remain hands-on while overseeing the team
• Good communication and organisational skills
• CSCS Card
• Relevant site experience
• Reliable and professional approach
• Own tools and PPE
