THE ROLE
LEGGWORK are recruiting a Health and Safety Administrator for a construction business based at Stanton, Broadway, working on-site within the site office. The role involves primarily supporting health and safety compliance, maintaining site documentation, and assisting with general site administration duties.
Working Hours: Standard site hours (to be confirmed)
Overtime: Opportunities for overtime will become available as the project progresses, including Saturdays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll be expected to:
Manage and maintain health and safety documentation and records
Assist with site inductions and ensure compliance with site procedures
Support the site team with administrative duties
Maintain accurate records of incidents, reports, and compliance checks
Liaise with site management to ensure all H&S policies are followed
General office duties within the site office
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
Previous site administration experience (preferred)
Good understanding of health and safety processes on construction sites
Strong organisational and communication skills
Competency with basic IT systems and document management
CSCS card preferred but not essential
