RATE OF PAY: £22.00 – £25.00 per hour (Depending on experience)

THE ROLE
LEGGWORK are recruiting a Multi – Trader for a high-end residential builder, based in Shipston-on-Stour. The job involves primarily high-end carpentry works on a luxury residential build, requiring attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Overtime: Opportunities for overtime will become available as the project progresses, including Saturdays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll be expected to:
- Carry out high-quality first and second fix carpentry
- Install doors, frames, skirting, architraves and bespoke timber work
- Work from drawings and site instructions
- Ensure high-end finishing standards are maintained
- Work collaboratively with other trades and site management
- Maintain site safety standards and good housekeeping
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Proven experience in high-end residential carpentry
- Valid CSCS Card
- Own tools and PPE
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
