LOCATION: Banbury, Oxfordshire – OX15
RATE OF PAY: £17.00 per hour

THE ROLE LEGGWORK are recruiting a General Labourer for a construction project in Banbury, Oxfordshire (OX15).
The successful candidate will be supporting the site team with general labouring duties, material movement and keeping the site clean, safe and organised. This is initially a few weeks of work, with the potential for the role to continue depending on the project requirements.
Working Hours: 8-9 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
Overtime: Opportunities for overtime may become available as the project progresses, including Saturdays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES You’ll be expected to:
- Carry out general labouring duties across the site
- Move and unload materials
- Assist trades and site management as required
- Keep the site clean, tidy and organised
- Carry out manual handling duties
- Assist with deliveries and general site tasks
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Work as part of the wider site team
REQUIREMENTS To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Previous construction labouring experience preferred
- Good work ethic and reliable approach
- Ability to carry out manual handling duties
- Full PPE
- CSCS Card preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of site health and safety
