RATE OF PAY: £400-£450 per day, CIS, paid weekly
JOB TYPE: Temporary

THE ROLE

Leggwork is a recruitment business and is acting as an employment business for this vacancy. We are recruiting a Site Agent for a civil engineering project in Felixstowe. We are looking for experienced site agents with a civil engineering background, ideally with site engineer experience. The project involves reinforced concrete works.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be expected to:

• Plan and supervise works. Ensure adequate records are maintained through site photographs, daily diaries and as built drawings.
• Carry out daily site briefings and supervise sub-contractor task briefings
• Manage subcontractors and directly employed staff
• Support the site management team with documentation, compliance, and reporting
• Oversee the day-to-day engineering activities on site

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this role, you will need:
● Proven experience as a site agent/site engineer
● SMSTS
● First Aid
● Cat  & Genny Ticket
● Right to work in the UK

Desirable:

● CSCS
● Full UK driving licence
● Any other tickets
● Health and safety mindset
● Strong communication skills
