START DATE: November 

LOCATION: South Wales 

RATE OF PAY: £ 350-£ 400 per day, CIS, paid weekly

JOB TYPE: Temporary

DURATION:  6 months

THE ROLE

Leggwork is a recruitment business and is acting as an employment business for this vacancy. We are recruiting a Site Agent for a civil engineering project in South Wales region. We are looking for experienced site agents with a civil engineering background. The project involves a broad range of civil engineering and highways acpects, including drainage, car parks, kerbing, surfacing and concrete inspections.
 
Preferred candidates need to have experience working on schemes of that nature. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be expected to:

• Support programming and produce programmes independently.
• Prepare method statements from site.
• Manage subcontractors and directly employed staff
• Support the site management team with documentation, compliance, and reporting
• Experience dealing with early warnings, PMIs, compensation events and similar NEC4 requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this role, you will need:

● Proven experience as a site agent
● SMSTS
● First Aid
● Right to work in the UK
● CSCS
● Full UK driving licence
