THE ROLE

Leggwork is a recruitment business and is acting as an employment business for this vacancy. We are recruiting a groundworkers for a civil engineering project in Bristol. We are looking for experienced skilled operatives who are confident carrying out drainage and kerbing works. The successful operatives must be comfortable working safely in close proximity to other contractors who will be undertaking sheet piling operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be expected to:
● Carry out civil engineering works
● Undertake drainage works
● Ducting
● Plant operation
● Pipe laying
● Kerbing
● Associated concrete works
● Follow site health and safety procedures and instructions
● Maintain a high standard of workmanship throughout the project

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this role, you will need:
● Proven experience as a groundworker 
● Proven drainage and kerbing skills
● Ability to work safely around other contractors 
● Right to work in the UK

Desirable:

● CSCS
● Plant tickets
● Health and safety mindset
