THE ROLE:
  
LEGGWORK are recruiting a Highways Foreman for a Civil engineering project in Bristol. The successful candidate will need relevant highway foreman experience to be considered for this vacancy. Overtime is available on this role on weekends and nights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll be expected to:

• Carry out site inductions and briefings
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate their activities.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure staff hold the required tickets, certifications, and qualifications.
• Plan and schedule work to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
• Order the necessary materials and equipment to support project delivery.
• Maintain compliance with project and company requirements.

  
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• SMSTS (essential)
• Driving license (essential)
• First Aid / Fire Marshal certificates (essential)
• Highways experience (essential)
• CSCS
• Plant tickets would be beneficial
• Previous experience running small civil’s site
• A reliable commute to work.
• 2 recent work references.
• A positive ‘can do’ attitude.
