RATE OF PAY: £450 per day
JOB TYPE: Temporary

THE ROLE:
LEGGWORK are recruiting a Site Agent for a Civil engineering project, in Devon. The successful candidate will need relevant experience.
Working Hours:
- 07:30 – 17:00
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll be expected to:.
- Support the Project Manager in managing day-to-day site operations
- Maintain accurate site records and ensure all documentation is in place
- Monitor costs, report progress, and support commercial activities
- Liaise with stakeholders and act as the main point of contact
- Plan works including programmes, phasing, and method statements
- Manage and coordinate Sub Agents, subcontractors, and site resources
- Deliver work on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
- Ensure SHEQ standards and overall site safety are maintained
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- CSCS (essential)
- SMSTS (essential)
- Must have a civil engineering qualification
- Must have a full valid driving licence
- Up to date CV
- Right to work in the UK.
- References.
- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test.
- A reliable commute to work.
- 2 recent work references.
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude.
