THE ROLE
LEGGWORK are recruiting a Multi-Skilled Groundworker / Bricklayer to work across various construction sites in Bristol.
The successful candidate will need to be confident carrying out a combination of groundworks, brickwork and blockwork, supporting site teams across a range of projects.
This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, offering long-term work for the right candidate.
Working Hours
- 8-9 hours per day
- Monday to Friday
Overtime
Opportunities for overtime may become available as projects progress, including Saturdays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out general groundworks
- Complete brick and block laying to a good standard
- Assist with foundations, drainage and associated groundwork duties
- Carry out concrete works and site preparation
- Complete general construction duties as required
- Work across various sites in and around Bristol
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Follow all site health and safety procedures
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in both groundworks and brick/block work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of construction methods and site safety
- CSCS card required
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
- Full PPE
- Own tools preferred
