THE ROLE
LEGGWORK are recruiting a Handyperson for a long-term construction project in Perham Down, Andover. The successful candidate will be carrying out a variety of general maintenance, repair and finishing duties while supporting the wider site team.
This is a 7-month project, offering a consistent opportunity for the right candidate.
Working Hours
- 8–9 hours per day
- Monday to Friday
Overtime Opportunities for overtime may become available as the project progresses, including Saturdays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- General handyperson and maintenance duties
- Carrying out repairs, making good and finishing works
- Assisting trades on site where required
- Moving and handling materials
- Keeping the site clean, tidy and organised
- Supporting the wider site team with general duties
- Following site health and safety procedures
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience as a Handyperson or Multi-Skilled Operative
- Previous construction site experience
- CSCS card preferred
- Good range of practical skills
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Full PPE
- Good understanding of site health and safety
