THE ROLE LEGGWORK are recruiting a Multi-Skilled Operative with experience in wet trades, particularly tiling and plastering, for a long-term construction project in Kingswood, Bristol.
The successful candidate will be confident carrying out high-quality tiling and plastering works, alongside general multi-skilled duties across the site. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who can work independently while supporting the wider site team.
Working Hours: 8-9 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
Overtime: Opportunities for overtime may become available as the project progresses, including Saturdays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES You’ll be expected to:
- Carry out plastering works to a high standard
- Complete tiling works including preparation and finishing
- Carry out general wet trade duties
- Complete repairs and remedial works where required
- Assist with other multi-skilled tasks across the site
- Work alongside other trades and site management
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Follow project specifications and health and safety procedures
REQUIREMENTS To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Operative
- Strong tiling and plastering experience
- Good attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Experience working across different construction trades
- Own tools and PPE
- CSCS Card
- Reliable and professional approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
