RATE OF PAY: £21.00 per hour

THE ROLE
LEGGWORK are recruiting a Telehandler Operator for a heritage construction project in Bath, Somerset. This is a great opportunity for an experienced operator looking for 1 months work
The successful candidate must have previous experience operating on heritage projects and be comfortable working within smaller and more confined spaces.
Working Hours: 8-9 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
Overtime: Opportunities for overtime will become available as the project progresses, including Saturdays.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll be expected to:

• Operate the telehandler safely and efficiently
• Move and position materials around the site
• Load and unload deliveries
• Operate safely within smaller and confined working areas
• Carry out daily machine checks
• Assist the wider site team where required
• Follow site health and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment

REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler qualification
• Previous telehandler experience on heritage projects
• Experience operating in smaller or confined spaces
• Good understanding of site health and safety
• Full PPE
• Reliable and professional approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
